1.  Take I-5 south toward Tacoma, WA
2.  Merge onto I-705 N via Exit 133 toward Tacoma City Center.
3.  Take the A St. exit on the LEFT toward WA-509 N/City Center.
4.  Take the S. 15th St ramp toward Pacific Ave.
5.  Turn  Left  (short left as marked by yellow arrow) onto S 15th S t.
