The title relates to Chinese Treasure that was brought to the Olympic Peninsula in 499AD.   It was buried in a cave and remained there for many years.   It caused a great commotion when it was discovered and involved the CIA as well as Chinese Secret Service, all kinds of intrigue.

Fort Worden  is the Olympic Treasure of the RSCDS Seattle Branch.
